Landivar & Associates, LLC (L&A) was founded in 2002 to support mechanical subcontractors with minor architectural work such as drywall, paint, concrete, etc. Since then, the company has grown into a full General Construction company with experience in occupied interior renovations, laboratories, secure facilities, computer rooms, and construction management. Currently, the company offices are located at 2350 Duke Street, Suite B, Alexandria, Virginia 22314.

The founder and 100% owner is Antonio Landivar. Mr. Landivar earned a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Catholic University in Washington, DC. He is a certified Lead Safety Renovator who holds Class A licenses in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
